This presentation takes you from our past Earth-based exploration of Mars to today's exploration by our robotic geologist on the surface. 

Mars had been a mystery and the subject of much speculation in the past.  It has been the inspiration for much science fiction literature and film.  Today our view of Mars has changed.  We no longer fear an attack from Martians.  We have invaded Mars ourselves. 

The history of Mars exploration is fascinating and the images we receive nearly every day continue to amaze us.  Discover amazing Mars as I take you on this journey.
